  • Shipping Policy

Your purchase will be ready to be shipped in 24 hours. After the preparation, the shipping process will be up to the carrier. Usually takes 3-5 business days to finish the shipping process. 

 If the order is placed on Saturdays, Sundays, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Christmas, and New Year. The process will start the following business day.

We will not be responsible for delays on the shipping but the carrier. We are here to do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.

We can only send to one address per order.

We only take orders that will be sent to US Territory. We don’t ship internationally yet.


  • Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Sales or promotions purchases are not available for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product. We will notify you how we gonna proceed after the exchange has been approved by email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


You have a 1-year warranty on all our jewelry. Warranty is valid for customers that follow the Daily Care procedure, if the customer doesn't follow it, the item can fail on the inspection process.
